• Examine pulleys and align as needed

• Clean all blowers and balance as needed

• Clean inside coil (if accessible)

• Clean condensate pan

• Clean drain lines and traps

• Clean outside coil

• Straighten fins for efficiency

• Clean and inspect heat exchanger

• Clean and inspect burners

• Clean and inspect flue draft diverter or motor

• Inspect venting system
