Check overall system function
Check safety controls
Check electrical components and connections
Check proper function of thermostat
Check voltage and amps on all motors
Clean and lubricate all motors
Lubricate pumps and check flow rates
Examine all belts
Examine pulleys and align as needed
Clean all blowers and balance as needed
Monitor air temp differential
Check integrity of refrigeration line insulation
Check integrity of duct work (if accessible)
Clean or replace standard air filters

Clean inside coil (if accessible)
Clean condensate pan
Clean drain lines and traps
Clean outside coil
Straighten fins for efficiency
Check refrigerant levels
Check for leaks (if applicable)

Clean and inspect heat exchanger
Clean and inspect burners
Clean and inspect flue draft diverter or motor
Inspect venting system
Check fuel pressure
